    Job Title: Associate Production Welder/ Production Welder

    Pay Rate:

    A/P Welder 4: $16.50 - $16.68

    A/P Welder 3: $16.68 - $17.97

    A/P Welder 2: $17.97 - $19.25

    A/P Welder 1 : $19.25 - $21.39

    Production Welder $21.39 - $25

    Hours of Work: 1st shift 5:30am to 2:00pm

    2nd shift 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

    Location: 3200 6th Avenue South, Seattle, WA

    Job Summary:

    Will learn to operate various semi-automatic welding machines. May learn to operate computerized burning table. Extensive material handling. Tack

    welding sheets, pipe and fittings.

    Requirements to be considered for position:

    1. Application must be filled out completely by the Applicant.

    2. Meet all of the Required Essential Job Skills/Experience.

    3. Must be able to work any shift.

    4. Work overtime when required.

    5. Willing to comply with company rules and policies.

    6. Pass pre-employment drug screen.

    Required Essential Job Skills/Experience:

    1. Able to read tape measure accurately to 1/16".

    2. Certificate from a welding program which includes TIG Welding AND/OR 1 or more recent years of welding experience, including TIG welding .

    3. Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.

    4. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

    Required Equipment (employee provided)

    1. Welding hood.

    2. Welding gloves.

    3. Safety shoes.

    Required Essential Job Functions/Duties

    1. Will be trained to operate semi-automatic TIG welding machines.
    2. Will learn to operate computerized burning table.
    3. Tack welding pipe and fittings.
    4. Pull stock primarily with the aid of forklifts and overhead cranes to bring to appropriate machinery for processing.
    5. Other duties as needed.

    Desirable Job Skills/Experience:

    1. Able to operate a forklift and pendant operated overhead crane.]
