RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATION

The successful candidate must have architected large scale cloud solutions. A focus on GCP is preferable but AWS, IBM and Azure mix will be considered. The ability to drive best practices around GCP Foundation, Storage bucket, Backup, Disaster Recovery, VPC networks, IAM, Stack driver, and Cloud Security is mandatory.

Cloud architect with experience including (not limited to) VPC, VPN, Security Groups, EC2, ELB, RDS, MSK, Route53, GuardDuty, Athena, RedShift, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation. Troubleshoot & support multiple existing NodeJS/Angular applications. Develop automation solutions for delivery of multiple projects. Monitor and resolve outstanding alerts on Production systems. Responsible for technical satisfaction of accreditation documentation such as DirectTrust, EHNAC, HITRUST, etc. Knowledge of HL7 / CDA messaging is a plus. Must be able to pass moderate background check.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Be accountable to our client for delivering cloud-based solutions and strategies that align with their business objectives

· Meet with stakeholders to explain technical designs and get buy in

· Lead the technical team through the infrastructure development process

· Hands on Experience and understanding of Google Cloud Infrastructure, primarily on IaaS model

· Experience with any of the Configuration Management (Cloud shell, Jenkins, Ansible)

· Experience with Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform, etc.

· Hands on Experience with GCP Foundation, Storage bucket, Backup, Disaster Recovery, VPC networks, IAM, Stack driver, troubleshooting and Cloud Security.

· Experience with managed code or scripting competency (PowerShell, Python, JSON, and YML)

· Understand the requirement & Plan/Design/Execute new strategy/projects in GCP

· Experience with continuous Cost Optimization in GCP

· Knowledge/Experience with GCP PaaS services

· Hands on Experience in managing on premise and public cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment.

· Participate in Sev1, Sev2 incident calls, work with Team towards resolving the issues on premise (DC) and in Google Cloud

· Excellent communication skills

· Self-disciplined and highly motivated

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation)

• Experience with automated pipeline deployment using systems such as Jenkins

• Python

• Kafka

• HL7/CDA messaging

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 to $165,000.00 /year

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience deploying and supporting public cloud Infrastructure (GCP as primary) with hybrid cloud environments

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
