We deliver secure, high-quality language solutions in 80+ spoken and signed languages for USCIS and other federal agencies.

    We are seeking Albanian Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support our USCIS contract. Albanian, spoken across Albania, Kosovo, and the global diaspora, is a priority Balkan language often required for asylum and immigration cases.

    Responsibilities

    Provide real-time Albanian ↔ English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.

    Interpret accurately, impartially, and confidentially in immigration, legal, and administrative contexts.

    Adhere to USCIS/DHS interpreter ethics and compliance standards.

    Manage both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge calls.

    Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance audits.

    Qualifications

    Native or near-native fluency in Albanian and English.

    2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, medical, or government strongly preferred).

    Familiarity with interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.

    Strong telephone communication skills; ability to remain accurate under pressure.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.
