Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or an LCPC. LCSW is preferred but not required. Spanish Speaking preferred but not required. LSW and LPC will be considered with experience in individual, couple and family therapy. This is a contracted position not salaried. This would be an ideal position for someone who has a job and wanted to build a private practice with me and my associates. Responsibilities: This is for an individual who is interested in starting part time leading to full time if desired. We are a small private practice. Alberto has 37 years of mental health experience. He is an outstanding supervisor and human being with a high degree of personal integrity and authenticity. Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation Be prepared to discuss clinical work openly during clinical supervision Growth oriented Qualifications: Previous experience in social work, counseling, or psychology Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong retention rates Display of emotional maturity and history of own personal work Ability to identify strengths and areas of growth Strong intuition skills and able to separate issues from symptom We are looking for an individual who has a high value of personal integrity who wants to continue to grow personally and professionally.
