JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an entry-level position for the diagnosis and repair of electronic devices such as tablets, laptops, desktops, and various other electronic items following procedures established by the company for which you are trained. Other duties will include data entry into the company’s proprietary database and listing of equipment on e-commerce websites.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal a must for the ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment.

· Must have a thorough knowledge of computers for diagnosing problems and troubleshooting.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office suite.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.

· Ability to be organized, proficient, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work independently.

· Ability to follow procedures and instructions as directed.

· Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

· Must have reliable transportation.
