Heroku Consultant Alchemy CRM - New York, NY Contract, Commission We are a newly formed CRM consulting company, Alchemy CRM. We are already an App Dev partner, and our application for Consulting Partner should be approved shortly. We have Certified Admins, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultants, and Platform 1 certified folks on the team already. We are now looking for a Salesforce.com freelancer, or someone who wants to become one to join us on the team, who has Platform 1 certification, and obviously admin cert (and perhaps more), and most importantly, Heroku experience. Starting pay is negotiable according to location, and may increase once the business gets going. Commission will be available for deals the candidate helps to close. Currently, we are about to start getting leads from Salesforce directly, so I expect engagement volume to increase shortly. Responsibilities: * Serve as lead delivery manager for Heroku-centric projects * Serve as effective delivery resource requiring customization (Apex, VF, APIs) for general Salesforce engagements * Follow agile process, with projects broken into sprints * Communicate progress weekly to project manager * Work with stakeholders and users to develop requirements, and demonstrate results of each sprint * Work strategically with the entire Alchemy CRM team to take the business in the most profitable direction. * Work directly with Heroku sales teams in selling and gathering requirements for Heroku-related projects or project elements Requirements * Active SFDC Platform 1 or 2 certification * 2 years of Heroku experience * Can be located anywhere * Good English * Salesforce Platform1 certified * Excellent ream player * Excellent oral and written communication skills Service Level Agreements All consultants in the company work on "at will" contracts, meaning they can be broken without penalty at any time. All consultants adhere to service level agreements when we are involved with engagements.
