    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Seeking a document control specialist for a reputable electronics manufacturer in Orange County.


    DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST JOB DUTIES:

    Manage document control for ITAR Program.

    Manage external documents such as equipment manual.

    Manage and document the process of maintaining engineering files for all products including bills of material, assembly drawings, routing, ECR/ECN, customer/supplier drawings and visual aid.

    Verify that the documentation is complete, adequate and correct, prior to distribution to the responsible department.

    Manage and maintain all ISO 9001 and AS 9100 processes and procedures

    Review completed MO packages for changes and communicate to engineering

    Update and maintain monthly KPI and present to department mangers on a monthly basis.

    Provide support prior to and during audits as required.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    5 years experience in manufacturing document control.

    Preferred - ISO 9001 training/ certificate of completion
