Job Description
Alcott HR is assisting in recruitment for a Part Time Customer Service Representative. This is a direct hire position, and has the opportunity to turn from a part time position into a full time position in the coming months! The Customer Service Representative will provide customer support by taking product orders, providing price quotes, and responding to service inquiries over the telephone and e-mail. They will provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products, and assist clients with online ordering.
