This position is Hybrid. Team members are expected to work from our Arlington office 4 days per month.

Assist Government program office with acquisition planning and implementation. Assist in review of Procurement Packages ensuring adequacy, consistency, and compliance with administrative, regulatory and procedural requirements. Support contract execution, contract modifications, and maintain historical contract documentation.

Essential Job Functions:

The candidate will be required to manage the submission of CDRLs from multiple vendors. This include use of an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) to acpet submissions and manage the review and approval workflow. The candidate will work with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to help establish the review and approval process. The candidate will follow established procedures and provide creative input on new approaches to fulfill project goals.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience supporting contract and acquisition management to US Navy ships and shipboard systems.

Experience in developing and tracking the CDRL approval process.

Experience with IDE systems and processes.

Experience in writing and reviewing contract documentation including PRs, J&As, SOWs, CDRLs. APs, ASs.

Experience with the complete Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Active Secret clearance

BA or BS degree preferred.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Candidates must be US Citizens and have an active Secret security DOD clearance.
