MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for marketing-related game day activities including: writing of game day script and video board show, managing the implementation of entertainment elements, themes and other game experience elements
Oversee all operational, creative and budgetary elements of all Club events.
Working with the VP of Marketing, build marketing programs that promote club initiatives, events, programs, and ticket sales across multiple channels in support of overall strategic marketing plan
Increase the value of all paid media campaigns by uncovering promotional opportunities, interviews, giveaways and more to drive incremental awareness.
Participate in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging internal processes and relationships
Work in collaboration with the Community Relations Manager to manage the street team, grass roots activations, and promotional giveaway.
Oversee all trafficking of paid media assets including radio and TV, promotional events, digital, print ads, and outdoor media
Oversee and manage the club creative pipeline and deliverables throughout the approval and production process.
Collaborates with ticket sales, corporate partnerships and operations to develop revenue-driving initiatives that maximize ROI.
Manage all invoice and reconciliation process on behalf of marketing department
Work with Club broadcast partners on a regular basis to maximize partnership by providing messaging and assets that drive Club initiatives.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of both education and experience
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing and monitoring a budget
Ability to acquire or produce and m maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
Minimum three years of experience in marketing and events function in sports or entertainment industry.
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of sports marketing, entertainment business, and event development and implementation
Bachelor’s degree: major in communications, public relations, or marketing
Management or supervisor experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Good understanding of soccer
