Our unique healthcare public relations and communications agency is looking for a talented and motivated Vice President or Senior Vice President to add to our rapidly growing agency. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage client and inter-agency relationships, playing a critical role in the future and long-term success of the company.This position will supervise major pieces of business with multiple work streams alongside a sophisticated and diverse account team. The position will also play an integral role on the new businesses team helping target and grow the client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and tactical counsel to clients, deliver top quality work and a stream of new opportunities to help achieve their business goals
• Foster and maintain client relationships
• Delegate and monitor work of the account team members; regularly coach and give feedback
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the biotech and life science space. Continually immerse and understand the clients, the science and their programs.
• Exhibit strong understanding of the public relations and corporate communications landscape, measurement and analytics
• With the team, monitor, measure and report performance on programs; regularly monitor and create ROI and performance reports for clients.
• Contribute to new business efforts including pitching, selling ideas and concepts to prospective clients
• Elevate corporate brand externally

Requirements:

• 10+ years in a healthcare agency or commercial role in pharma
• Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree a plus
• A strong understanding of the industry and communications trends
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional client management skills
