Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by conducting physical exams and evaluations.

• Develop treatment plans by identifying patient needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase physical functionality.

• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventive measures.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.

• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on orthopedic, spine, or joint care preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based practice.
