    Our client's product is an advanced deep-learning Natural Language Intelligence AI aimed to change how business knowledge is captured, retained and disseminated throughout the Augmented Enterprise. They are looking for a proven Product Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing team.

     

    You should be really great at product marketing and knowledgeable about product management with experience in Natural Language Processing AI and other forms of ML/AI, Knowledge Management, Document Management, Business Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation, and/or Enterprise Search.

     

    You will perform an important role to expand product messaging that sets our client's new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.

     

    What You'll do:

    • Translate technical product details while creating audience-relevant product narratives and scaling reach through a range of digital channels (web pages, blogs, social media posts, videos, brochures, pitch decks)
    • Facilitate the persona-based marketing and selling process and plan and implement promotional/product campaigns using digital marketing techniques.
    • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
    • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different functional groups.
    • Obtain customer and market insights and establish competitive intelligence, product pricing and identify opportunity.
    • Research and articulate market directions, technology trends, standards, customer requirements, and competitive threats.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs/communications using data driven approaches and dashboards
    • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

     

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • You have 4+ years of relevant cross-functional, customer-centric experience in product marketing, business strategy, or general management
    • You are a natural storyteller with stellar written and verbal communication skills
    • You have proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners
    • You have extensive experience leveraging social media and digital marketing
    • You enjoy a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
