Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions by conducting physical exams and evaluations.
Develop treatment plans by identifying patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase physical functionality.
Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventive measures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Able to practice in the state of New Jersey.
Proven experience as a OT, with a focus on orthopedic, spine, or joint care preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based practice.
