  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Admin & Operations Manager is responsible for the strategy, design, execution, system configuration and operations of the business’s marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report and conduct analyses.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the implementation, integration and maintenance of all ongoing key marketing systems, tools and analytics as well as configuration for systems such as Hubspot, Demandbase, and CRM platform. Managing the data that the technology creates, GDPR guidelines for consumption and collection and how it is connected with other systems.

    • Oversees the administration, reporting and analytics for all paid media campaigns for AMS, working closely with paid media managers and analytics team.

    • Leads audits of the system performance and create plan revision strategies as appropriate to ensure goals and timelines are met.

    What you bring:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing ops/sys admin and configuration

    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, GA, Tableau, DemandBase, Hubspot and CRM systems

    • Understanding of GDPR

    • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

    • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
