Senior Recruiting Associate (Hybrid Remote)

THE POSITION
Own new business initiatives to develop both net new clients and grow existing clients. We need a hunter/farmer, with more emphasis on hunter
Work with internal recruiting teams to fill client jobs. Oversee and mentor multiple recruiters
Working with an ATS and other recruiting tools to help recruiters identify top candidates
Support prepping, debriefing, and closing of candidates to get deals done
Develop creative sourcing program activities for select searches
No travel required
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience - direct placement or staffing
Solid experience both selling recruiting services and managing existing clients
Strong communicator both written and verbal; enthusiastic, outgoing, loves working with people
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly changing
Strong attention to detail
Natural curiosity and creativity to solve problems
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to build working relationships with a wide variety of people, from entry-level to executives
Hunger to be a top performer
Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and social media
Willingness to pitch in as needed on special projects
EDUCATION
Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
