Requirements: Full-Desk Technical Recruiter (mid-level to senior)
5+ years’ experience as a full-desk technical recruiter
3+ years handling permanent placements
Experience working technical roles, such as: data, front-end, PHP, python, back-end, DevOps, Embedded Software/Hardware, Full Stack, Infrastructure, Java, Android, iOS, .NET, Scala, cyber security, data analytics, data engineering, data science, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, QA & Test, Project Management, etc.
Proven track record of continuous growth in billings and BOB
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
Successfully navigates in a fast-paced, nimble environment
An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skill
