We are seeking a highly talented social media manager who will develop our content and audience growth strategy across the major social platforms. We’re looking for someone who is both very creative and exceptionally analytical that can harness those strengths to push our social media presence to new heights. Our dream candidate is passionate about our mission and is extremely excited by the potential of using their skill set to build something epic across the social landscape.

What you’ll do

• Develop overall social media growth & content strategy across all priority platforms (YouTube, TikTok, IG, Facebook, Twitter, Snap & Reddit)

• Lead both the ideation & producing efforts in generating social content (including the development of graphic and/or visual content)

• Design a social content calendar that both maps to our programming schedule and allows us to be extremely responsive to current events

• Champion the voice of our brand and lead the charge in meaningfully interacting with our followers across all mediums (social, email, mail)

• Establish the systems & processes by which we analyze social data in order to inform growth strategy & decision making

• Define the KPIs that demonstrate strong growth & engagement; report out results to leadership & broader team monthly

• Capture on-set content for shoots to capture BTS (post-pandemic)

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure aesthetic and tonal brand consistency

• Educate the broader team on new developments & features across all platforms in the social media landscape

Who You Are

• 2+ years of proven experience working in social media & community management

• You are a power user of the major social platforms & understand their nuances well (YouTube, TikTok, IG, Facebook, Twitter, Snap & Reddit)

• Possess strong copywriting skills, light graphic and video editing skills, and an innate understanding of how communities are built

• Truly LOVE social media and believe it’s a powerful force that can be harnessed to accomplish amazing things

• Extremely curious and find yourself always working to understand how things work

• Clever & analytical thinker that loves looking at data in many different ways to inform decision making

• Describe yourself as a strong self-starter who enjoys solving problems without the push from others

• Comfortable multitasking and owning multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

• Fascinated by virality & consider yourself a growth hacker at heart

• Enjoy engaging in discussions with others on social media, no matter how challenging the subject matter

• Humble, with the ability to receive feedback of all types without ego
