The Executive Producer is an experienced events professional, with a proven track record of producing large, complex events and exhibiting exceptional teamwork, cross-functional leadership and organizational skills. The incumbent must draw upon a wide breadth of production knowledge, including experience with corporate meetings and events, product launches, pop-up retail, roadshows, digital activations and creative content development. Must be very organized with strong verbal/written skills, tech-savvy, and have the ability to multi-task and work within multiple deadlines. Must be comfortable presenting and pitching to high profile clientele and always perform with professionalism and authority. Must be comfortable collaborating closely with conceptual creative teams. This role reports to the Director of Experiential Production, based in Atlanta, GA.
The Executive Producer position must be based in Atlanta, GA, surrounding areas, and willing to travel, as in-office presence will be required on occasionally.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and produce world-class, creative experiential and media events working as a team
Work closely with creative leadership and teams to conceptualize and brainstorm big ideas, bringing a solutions oriented mindset to new briefs and projects as it relates to feasibility and budget
Provide leadership to clients, production team and freelance talent
Unwavering attention to detail, ability to estimate and track multiple, large event budgets and a rolodex of trusted freelancers, resources and suppliers
Liaise with creative, strategy, marketing, sales and other partner teams to understand audiences and bring the client’s brand/program and product to life; lead and manage cross-functional program stakeholders and contributors
Oversee all aspects of event production, logistics, and vendor management through the full event lifecycle -- planning, onsite, and post-event
Manage all deliverables, including project plans, agendas, meetings, budgets and communications
Leverage analytical skills to measure programs for effectiveness: conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis
Provide other event program support as needed
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years event production experience in a fast-paced environment
Automotive Industry experience required, with luxury a plus
Proven track record of successfully executing large experiential and media events and gaining trust and support from senior stakeholders
Proven success at managing large and small event budgets
Independent self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision, on time and on budget
Ability to problem-solve in the moment and model grace under pressure
Superb communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a flexible environment and comfortability with ambiguity
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Experience working with multiple event vendors and agencies
Programs
Working knowledge of MAC computer systems and programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Design software a plus (InDesign, Keynote, PPT)
Knowledge of video production and editing a plus
