    We are looking for an organized and energetic person to join our Executive Recruitment team. This is the perfect opportunity to train, learn, and build a new career in Executive Recruitment. In addition to the coordination and support aspects of this position, you will be given the opportunity to grow into handling your own searches while developing fundamental recruitment and sourcing skills.

    THE POSITION

    • Supporting recruiting initiatives including: research, writing, data entry, scheduling and monitoring interviews, and anything else needed
    • Working with an ATS and other recruiting tools to help recruiters identify top candidates
    • Scheduling, speaking with, and qualifying candidates
    • Help recruiters with creative sourcing program activities for select searches
    • Supporting candidate scheduling for the recruiting team
    • Manage job postings on applicant tracking systems and external job boards
    • Handle recruiting for entry-level searches
    • No travel required

     

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly changing
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Natural curiosity and creativity to solve problems
    • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to build working relationships with a wide variety of people, from entry-level to executives
    • Top notch interpersonal and communication skills
    • Hunger to learn our business and excel as a top performer
    • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and social media
    • Willingness to pitch in as needed on special projects

    EDUCATION

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
