As a member of our Product Marketing team, you will assist with the development of our go-to-market strategy and enablement resources for our proprietary platform and associated products. Our SaaS-based offerings enable our customers in the Media and Entertainment, Legal and Compliance, and Government sectors to easily deploy applications that leverage the power of AI to dramatically improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a result, you must possess a relentless curiosity in technology. We’re doing things that have never been done before. This is not a gig for someone who is not willing to dig deep and understand how AI can help our customers. After all, you will be a member of the cross-functional team defining the messaging and product positioning. Key duties and responsibilities include:
INSIGHTS: Create strategic insights into how we can impact potential customers. Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to develop targets, personas and insights.
STRATEGIC POSITIONING: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services in the market. You’ll work with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products not only on the high level but also around individual new technologies or features that we bring to market. COMMERCIAL READINESS: Oversee and lead all external launch readiness efforts for product introduction. This includes assisting Marketing and Agency resources with demand generation programs, Product Management with buyer and user journeys, and Customer Success, Sales and Channel partners with required education programs or resources. CONTENT CREATION: Deliver impactful customer and partner facing product assets and collateral that supports our key messages. FIELD ENABLEMENT: Deliver sales, partner and user enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion.
