Purpose of this Position:
The VP of Sales is responsible for generation of company revenue, expansion of business aligned with Company strategies as well as management of all sales activities. Cultivate trust and communication with internal teams to drive growth of the company.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented environment and cybersecurity or IT industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
Serial sales leader with progressive responsibility who have designed and implemented winning sales processes and training programs to achieve specific and measurable behavior of sales team
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach and other sales automation tools to maximize efficiency of sales operations from lead generation to KPI reporting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take ownership of the entire sales process and ensure seamless closing of accounts
Ability to take ownership of the entire sales training processes and contents customized for our types of services and ensure educational development of all sales positions
Ability to understand complex service offerings in order to systematize sales scoping and need analysis process
High degree of flexibility with the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
Thorough and detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and evaluate current and new tools
Self-starter who can work independently with a proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity and humility
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Ability to clearly communicate with customers and staff through verbal and written communications.
Ability to type, hand write, use computers and answer phones daily.

Duties & Responsibilities for each Accountability:
Sales
Drive revenue for the company
Initiate contact with prospects to establish relationships and schedule phone and/or onsite appointments
Respond to inbound leads by phone and by email.
Explain service enhancements and introduce new services
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Conduct follow-up calls and meetings as necessary to close sales
Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales quotas
Manage day-to-day sales operations
Develop sales strategies by evaluating current product and service results, monitoring competitive products and services, and analyzing customer reactions
Adjust content of presentations and solution recommendations based on the needs of prospects
Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Drive the sales process from plan to close
Document all sales activity in Salesforce and Outreach
Monitor and manage opportunities to assigned region of the US and/or internationally
Administration and maintenance of platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo
Provide appropriate access to staff during new hire process and as needed
Prepare for and lead weekly sales meeting and add items for discussion
Update and manage Scorecard, To Dos, ROCs, Headlines and IDS.
