Job Requirements: - Hardworking / energetic / reliable - Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather - Must have access to reliable transportation - Must be able to follow instruction - Must be eager to learn - Must be dependable and punctual - Landscape Construction experience helpful (valued) but not required. We are NOT a landscape maintenance company, i.e. mowing, weeding, etc. - Ability to run skid steers and mini excavators a big plus Compensation: - Experienced Landscape Construction Laborer wages start at $20.00 - $25.00+ hr/ + Benefits after 90 days + Hiring Bonus + possible production incentive - Minimal or no landscape construction experience wages start at $19.00 - $20.00+ hr/ + Benefits after 90 days +Hiring Bonus + possible production incentive We offer a competitive wage, plus excellent benefits including Health Care/Dental/Vision/ free Life Insurance/401k and Paid Time Off, and a possible production incentive (up to $5.50+/hr above base pay), and a $1,000 employment bonuses: two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days), and one $500 BONUS at one year of employment!
