About the Position

Are you an undergraduate student looking for the right place to gain experience in finance or investment banking? Our summer interns will gain exposure to mergers & acquisitions and consulting while working with our Capital Team.

Throughout our internship experience, interns will work alongside our Capital Team, as well as have the opportunity to meet and work alongside the different service teams across Aldrich. Our summer internship aims to develop our newest team members through focused education, varied experience, and achievement of specific goals. It is our belief that by providing broad exposure and hands-on experience, you’ll begin to develop core investment banking skills to help support our clients’ businesses while launching your career in an exciting industry.

You'll Get a Chance To

• Perform financial analysis including company valuations, projections, and pro-forma financial statements
• Help prepare client presentations and deal marketing materials
• Conduct market research and industry analysis
• Assist with transaction due diligence and data management
• Assist with business transition consulting projects
• Support senior bankers in all aspects of transactions

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Team

• Expected Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics, or experience in a related field from an accredited college/university by 2026
• Willingness to take initiative and strong follow-through skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Proficient organization and time management
• Ambition with a desire to continually improve

What You Should Know
The summer internship program is expected to be around 30 hours a week for 7 weeks. This is a temporary non-exempt position and will be required to be in person. As a temporary employee, with the exception of 401k, you will not be eligible for employee benefits.
