We are searching for a career minded, personable, detail oriented, and ethical professional to join our team.

Base salary+commission+bonuses

This opportunity has unlimited potential for growth into a management/supervisory role, as well as an unlimited supply of sales prospects, and both a competitive and attractive commission plan for our licensed sales professionals.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.

Be comfortable talking with potential customers on the phone

Call prospective customers via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to both cross sell and up-sell our products.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Candidate MUST ALREADY have their Property and Casualty insurance license and pass a background check.

Be a driven and goal-oriented individual.

Work well with other employees and is a team player.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Be proficiency at multi-tasking, follow-up, and follow-thru.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
