No cold calling! We pay all marketing costs and fill your pipeline with pre-qualified leads from established vendors.
Incorporate a detailed follow-up process with customer prospects, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and explain product coverages and details.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
1+ years of Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
Self-motivated and receptive to coaching and feedback
Property and Casualty license (and updated CE)
