    Location: 4045 E Bell Rd Ste 163 Phoenix, AZ 85032

    Schedule: Monday-Friday (9a-5:30p) with occasionally Saturdays (9a-1p)

    ** _ Objective_**

    The Customer Care Coordinator Pharmacy Technician/Technician Trainee works with the Customer Care Team to accurately type and prepare patient prescription and veterinary medication orders.

    Essential Duties

    • Under direct supervision of the Customer Care Manager.
    • Processes prescription orders.
    • Make outbound calls to patients and doctor offices regarding orders.
    • Answers inbound calls regarding orders.
    • Obtain payment and shipping information to fully process orders.
    • Type prescription orders for Customer Care department.
    • Communicates with team, customer care manager, supervisor, and pharmacists regarding prescription orders.

    Position Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-year pharmacy technician experience preferred.

    • Familiarity with pharmacy software system helpful.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Familiarity with compound medications is a plus.

    • Pursue continuing education and training to maintain Arizona state license requirements.

    • Detail oriented.

    • Ability to multi-task and be extremely organized.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent Customer Service skills required.

    ** _ Physical Demands_** ****

    • Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g,. computer keyboards, filing, etc.)
    • Standing, sitting, or walking for periods of time
    • Normal range of hearing and vision to perform work and communicate.
    • Stooping or kneeling (e.g., to access lower shelves/drawers, picking up items from floor, etc.)
    • Lifting and carrying light loads up to 40 pounds, reaching above shelves.

    Educational Qualifications ****

    • High School Diploma
    • Current Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License in Arizona.
