Objective

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing Aleracare’s compounding division. This individual will provide information about products and services provided by Aleracare’s compounding divisions, in addition to effectively communicating with all Aleracare departments, Customer Care Coordinators, Pharmacy, Operations and Field Sales for all branch locations.

Aleracare currently provides compounded medications for Men’s and Women’s health conditions, fertility patients and veterinary patients. We are looking for an outgoing, results-oriented team player to promote our pharmacy and its products.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and achieving measurable sales growth.
• Place outbound calls to Aleracare customer base with the goal of generating increased sales within the fertility, veterinary and men & women’s health markets and to identify new sales opportunities as assigned.
• Occasional in person doctor office visits
• Sales/account management with daily operations, fertility clinics, veterinary clinics, and patient communication to achieve business goals.
• Creates interest by asking questions to assess customer needs.
• Come up with solutions to manage customer problems.
• Moves smoothly through stages of calls to provide patient-based therapies and services.
• Demonstrates effective closing skills.
• Utilizes customer database to accurately monitor, track and record sales activities.
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

Position Requirements/ Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year sales experience
• Fertility and/or compounding sales a plus
