Become a personal assistant for Dr. Alette Coble-Temple. She is a clinical psychology professor and disability rights advocate. She serves as a part-time forensic evaluator for the State of California. She volunteers on several national non-profit boards and committees, providing leadership development for professionals with disabilities. Primary responsibilities of this position include: managing appointments and calendars, responding to emails, research for trial preparation, project management, formatting presentations, documentation management, scheduling events and appearances, transcription, note-taking, scanning, running errands, household organizing, shopping, meal preparation, and personal care (feeding, toileting, etc.). While no experience in this particular kind of work is needed, successful candidates will be self-motivated team players who work productively with little supervision. Organizational skills and common sense are key. This position is onsite and may include working in different locations including, but not limited to, a private home/University setting/outpatient-inpatient healthcare setting.
