Job Description

We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout a full-time real estate acquisition specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

All leads are provided to you, there is no cold calling. This position is predominately phone sales, you will be on the phone the entire day if you enjoy talking on the phone this position is for you! This position also works from home so you need a quiet office at your home. You have an entire team supporting you so you can focus on what you are good at; talking to people and closing deals!

The ideal candidate is a talented acquisition specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. COMPENSATION: $75,000 - $90,000 - commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required

• Phone sales experience is preferred
