Responsibilities: Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Passionate about selling You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Must be local (San Fernando Valley) • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Must have a Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one Compensation: $70,000 at plan Commission
