Responsibilities: Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Qualifications: Develop new concepts based on input Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
