    This position is an in person position, no remote option. Our highly systematic and organized team is in search of a high-energy Transaction Coordinator. We are looking for someone who wants to help us take our organization to the next level. This person will have enthusiastic energy as well as contribute to the team's success by helping exceed monthly, and annual goals! We are looking for someone with a customer service, teaching, or coaching background. Our ideal candidate will uphold a professional demeanor, has the capacity and experience to excel in customer experience, and is also coachable and consistently puts a high emphasis on quality. Our culture is described as personable, positive, and growth-oriented. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! Compensation: • $40,000 - $50,000 annually. Pay range includes salary + bonus opportunities! Responsibilities: The Day-To-Day Tasks include but are not limited to: • Participate in weekly accountability and file review meetings • Manage the systems and lead our team members to achieve monthly and quarterly goals • Ensure we are delivering a top-notch customer service experience • Communicate updates and transaction milestones to clients and ensure we are providing a 5-star experience • Capture and create weekly social media content • Be the culture keeper and be strategic in keeping the day-to-day FUN! Qualifications: • Strong computer/technology skills - we move at a fast pace and use several different platforms. We all use Macs • People have always described you as super personable with a positive attitude • Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch - you have always been a natural communicator and leader. You pride yourself on your emotional intelligence • You appreciate quality, a job well done, and have high attention to detail • When something goes wrong, you find yourself excited to go inspect the existing process, collaborate with your team to upgrade it, and then document it • Processes and Scaling - this type of talk gets you excited! • You have honed in on your ability to manage multiple projects at a time by being a ninja with your time management skills • You love being highly organized - you’re proud to show off your highly organized calendar • You are results-driven and fast-paced and love a job that is performance-based • You thrive and work well under pressure and love coaching others on how to do the same • You describe yourself as learning-based and are always looking for the next book or podcast to help you tackle your next challenge • Providing WOW customer service is a slight obsession and you’re always thinking of ways we can improve for the customer and the team • You are consistent, loyal, and a team player. You prefer to succeed through others versus being the center of attention • You have a passion for helping others and giving back • 3-5 years of Real Estate experience is highly recommended but not required IF you have a proven track record of succeeding through others, following systems, and leading teams Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (salary + bonus opportunities)
