Responsibilities: • Close for agreements and conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis • Effectively negotiate, open, and close deals • Develop expert knowledge regarding the housing market, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues • Maintain database by consistently updating client profiles • Tour homes with clients • Host weekly open houses • Communicate with your admin team on a daily basis to keep transactions on track • Attend weekly team meetings • Conduct high-level consultations with clients to educate them on the market Qualifications: • A Real Estate license is required!MUST BE LOCAL TO THE SAN ANTONIO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED! • Self-motivated, highly determined, driven • Excellent at building rapport • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Learning-based • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure • Flexible schedule with the ability to show homes at night and on weekends • Team Player mentality • Coachable mindset • Reliable Transportation Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000 commission based
