Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Full Time 9am-5pm with occasional weekend appointments Qualifications: Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $50,000 salary plus bonus
