Responsibilities: Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Expert in forward design concepts Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
