Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Tech savvy • Excellent at building rapport • Strong time-management skills • Exceptional punctuality • Good organizational skills • Learning-based • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure • Reliable transportation • Real Estate License Required! You Must have one or be close to obtaining one Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000+ commission based
