ALFA Business Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives who thrive in a competitive environment and want to build long lasting customer relationships through consultative and solution selling. We are looking for candidates who are creative and think outside-the-box when encountering customer problems. Their goal is to create customized technology solutions that better their customer’s situation and achieve their own sales targets.
SALARY: BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Utilize all methods of prospecting and cold calling in order to schedule appointments and demos with customers
· Qualify potential customers and gather necessary information in order to put together technology assessments and recommendations
· Exceed monthly and quarterly sales expectations
· Create proposals and present solutions to customers
· Track activities using CRM to ensure that nothing slips through the crack and territory is managed effectively
