    Job Summary

    As a Licensing & Continuing Education Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the licensing of Alfa’s agents, sales representatives, and other licensed personnel in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. You will be responsible for staying informed on laws, codes, and regulations which affect licensing and continuing education.     Responsibilities

    Oversee the licensing and license maintenance of Alfa’s agents, sales representatives, and other licensed personnel in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi.

    Stay informed on laws, codes, and regulations which affect licensing and continuing education in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi, and act as necessary.

    Process hiring kits, terminations, and service center transfers.

    Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, attitude, attire, attendance, tolerance, cooperation, and conduct.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred.

    Licensed Agent – Property/Casualty and Life & Health preferred.

    Member of the Society of Insurance Licensing Administrators.

    Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work without daily supervision.
