    What You’ll Do

    As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be more than just a point of contact — you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

    Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person interactions

    Building long-term client relationships and earning repeat business

    Assisting clients with policy reviews, changes, billing, and claims support

    Quoting and binding personal lines policies including auto, home, renters, and life

    Educating customers on their coverage options to ensure proper protection

    Supporting the agent and sales team in day-to-day operations

    What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Property & Casualty license preferred (we will help you get licensed if needed)

    Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

    Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

    Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally

    Schedule

    Monday through Friday, standard business hours
