Administrative Assistant II Job Summary
Alfa Insurance administrative assistants are team players that take exceptional pride in the company they represent. They assist regional and district management in efficient operation of the districts and region.
Administrative Assistant II Responsibilities
Assure efficient operation of region by processing correspondence on a timely basis, as well as handling the incoming calls for region.
Assist with district and regional reporting and records/logs.
Assist Regional and district management in efficient operation of the region/district.
Assist with sorting and distributing information from regional queries/lists.
Administrative Assistant II Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
General administrative experience preferred
