About the Team:

You will report directly into the Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations, and work closely with our Marketing Operations Manager, Sales Development, and Salesforce (SFDC) teams. 

Your Impact...

The Marketing Operations and Salesforce Team at Alfresco are involved in setting up the Sales team for success. Our Sales team uses Salesforce.com as their Customer Relationship Management tool which has customer data and business information that could benefit from more accurate and more complete data. Your role would consist of interacting with this data and information so that the Marketing team can do better customer analysis, segmentation and sales prospecting for Sales Development's benefit.

Your impact to the business is huge! You will help drive sales, behind the scenes including the following:

• Review data in Salesforce for completeness and accuracy
• Identify duplicates and correct/merge as required
• Work with business stakeholders to correct missing, incomplete or inaccurate data
• Utilize search engines and prospecting tools to identify missing information
• Utilize features and functionality included within Salesforce to keep data up-to-date (Reports, Dashboards, Data.com, Duplicate Management)
• Identify processes and procedures to maintain data quality going forward
