The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, food preparation, or working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. A great attitude and good people skills are a must! Reliable transportation is a must! Hours: 20-25 hours weekly (weekends may be included) Responsibilities: -Greeting customers -Taking orders (in-person/phone) and offering menu suggestions -Minor food handling (garnish and package food) -Maintenance of the dining area (chairs are pushed in, wiping down tables, keeping the counter area clean, restocking ingredients, keeping a very clean work area, etc...) Skills: -Experience handling money/cash register -Prior experience in a restaurant environment is a plus! -Takes direction well -Customer service -Ability to handle different tasks during shifts. Multitask -Friendly people person -Highly organized -Super dependable to come into shifts
