    We’re looking for a marketing|client care coordinator to join our tight-knit team of Real Estate Professionals in their efforts to build the best brand and client experience for buyers and sellers. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, client experience relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Compensation: $30,000 - $33,000 based on experience with benefits & potential for bonus and growth Responsibilities: Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies Regularly update social media and respond to followers Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Create and implement amazing client experience before, during, & after home purchasing & selling with our team. Plan, market, and implement multiple Client Appreciation Events, gifting initiatives to dazzle our current, past, and future clientele. • Help Support our Director of Operations with marketing of listings and working with buyers • Manage and follow up with our google leads through our website platform and stay up to date on trainings and help team members understand the process and keep them accountable. Qualifications: Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Compensation: $30,000 - $33,000 yearly
