Responsibilities: Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Qualifications: Develop new concepts based on input Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 plus bonus
