    The Resident Services Coordinator serves as the point person for all technology-related and package-related needs. They will exemplify excellent hospitality and customer service to all residents, guests, staff, and vendors. This role will provide cohesion between guests and the building staff by properly triaging guests to the correct department. This role will partner with the Resident Ambassador, assist cross-department teams, and be a stellar team player!

    This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-person position located in San Francisco, CA.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Spearhead and complete technology and equipment set-up for the property.
    • Readily answer all technology-related questions from the building team and residents.
    • Oversee and ensure seamless package acceptance, transition, and delivery.
    • Triage all incoming phone calls to the appropriate property team department.
    • Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
    • Compile and deliver completed leasing applications to the leasing team.
    • Assist the different property teams on an as-needed basis.
    • Prioritize and fulfill the requests of all residents and guests with great friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Greet residents by their name and with a smile to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
    • Protect the property and its residents by monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.
    • Proactively identify potential issues and take the appropriate action to resolve them, informing management when necessary.
    • Remain knowledgeable of local activities and establishments in the area to offer recommendations, answer questions, and give directions.
    • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
    • Fully comprehend emergency procedures and the property evacuation plan, and assist with locking elevators open for emergency crews.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas.
    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships among building staff.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Hospitality team as needed.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 0-1 years of experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    • Highly knowledgeable of basic computer skills and fast technical learner

    • Proactive problem-solving approach

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities

    • Ability to follow directions to safely utilize all equipment

    • Ability to handle situations with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

    • Ability to lift 35 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT  This job is performed at one assigned property in one of the locations listed above. This person is expected to stand and walk for long durations of time during their shift. This person may be looking at a screen and working with their hands for extended periods of time. Some routine tasks include lifting and carrying packages, so this person should be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
