A Wheeling,WV based public accounting firm seeks an experienced full-time tax associate toserve on its tax services team.  Candidates must have a minimum of four(4) years of tax preparation experience with some review experience to beeligible for this position.  Candidates should also have a bachelor’sdegree and ideal candidates will have a CPA credential or be CPAeligible. 

Previous tax preparation experience includes preparingindividual and corporate income tax returns (and related administrative supportactivities), financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliation andpayroll tax reviews to name a few.  Accuracy, attention to detail, theability to multi-task, having strong written and verbal communication skills,and problem-solving skills is required along with the understanding anduse of Microsoft programs such as, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relatedprograms.  Previous use and working knowledge of Prosystem tax softwareand QuickBooks is preferred.   

Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Thisposition is eligible for all full-time benefits to include, but not limited to,health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, 401kretirement plan, and paid time off.
