Job Description:

Perform clerical and office duties and provide customer service.

Help determine a clinic’s daily needs, verify and update insurance information if needed.

Assures all visitors and telephone calls are answered and referred in a prompt and courteous manner.

Performs scheduling, canceling, re-scheduling of patient appointments and consults.

Update and verifies patient demographic information if needed.

Provides information regarding clinic and hospital policies, procedures and locations to patient(s), family members, and staff.

Maintains patient's confidential records.

Scan and enters information into VISTA, CPRS database.

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply

Compensation: $17.20 - $21.00 per hour
