Cleans, maintains, and repairs building fixtures, roofing and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, screens, venetian blinds, gutters, drains, shelving, and kitchen utensils; replaces light bulbs and fuses; makes simple furniture, cabinet, asphalt tile, and linoleum repairs; assists in maintaining and repairing electrical etc.
