    We are seeking an outstanding, personable, and team-oriented PART-TIME BRAND AMBASSADOR to join the Marketing Team (reporting to the Directors of Community, Corporate, and Provider Partnerships). This position is responsible for educating our communities about the benefits of non-invasive integrative medicine and why Aligned Modern Health is a great option for care, as well as being a resource for prospective patients regarding new-patient questions (service offerings, locations, insurance, etc.). 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Represent Aligned Modern Health at field marketing events as a means to drive new patient traffic into the clinics - including, but not limited to:  health and wellness fairs, presentations, on-site service opportunities, networking events, street festivals, endurance sport and athletic events, etc.
    • Collaborate with Central Scheduling to track lead conversion and support lead nurturing
    • Support the New Clinic Development team as appropriate

    Future responsibilities may include:

    • Build strong relationships within existing AMH communities to drive business and program growth; support clinic teams with local-partner cultivation (“Fab Five” Program)
    • Maintain inventory/budget for promotional items/swag and marketing collateral

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
    • High comfort level with and face-to-face education and sales/networking (experience with prospect research and/or cold calling a plus)
    • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Ability to self-start and prioritize opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Passionate about health and wellness
    • Customer-first attitude and exceptional customer service and sales skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work well both autonomously and in team environments
    • 1-3 years' experience in business development, sales, hospitality, and/or promotional event marketing preferred
    • Availability to work marketing "gigs." Events will be posted that Brand Ambassadors may sign up to work on an ad-hoc basis. These will be a variety of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends (THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE A “SET SCHEDULE” AND IS BASED ON NEED FOR SUPPORT WEEK TO WEEK)
    • Some events require heavy lifting, access to a vehicle, and the transport of collateral/promotional items and equipment such as massage tables, etc. Tent set-up required at some events.
